Join Willow for Small Group Yoga every Tuesday and Thursday after meditation. Only 3 students are present in each class, so you are guaranteed to get individualized guidance, hands-on adjustments, and a unique class structure to fit your needs. Small Group Yoga is excellent for:
– Beginners looking to learn and develop comfort in a low-pressure environment
– Individuals with injuries or physical limitations who benefit from more individualized accommodation
– Yogis looking to advance their practice by engaging even deeper with every aspect of yoga

Meditation for Purification: 6-Week Meditation Series @ Mandala Collective Mountain Center and Livestream
Feb 4 @ 6:30 pm – 7:15 pm

This 6-week meditation series will offer you the opportunity to deeply release anything that is holding you back and come into pure harmony with the life you want to live. Dive deep with a synergistic combination of powerful practices including pranayama, sound healing, mantra, and meditation to cleanse your mind, body, and soul.
Attend the whole 6 weeks or feel free to drop in when you can. This meditation series is offered as a collaboration between the Mandala Collective and Bliss Yoga Studio.
