We embrace an evolutionary approach to practice that honors each person as being unique, but also interconnected. This type of practice is not based on performance, competition or achieving; but rather on accepting, experiencing and connecting with the divine essence that flows through all things. The Mandala Collective brings an intuitive and exploratory approach to yoga; weaving together heart-centered wisdom teachings, dynamic asana, breath work, meditation, yogic relaxation, mantra, music, ecstatic dance, focused joint movement, conscious awareness, and many other techniques that help us to connect with the infinite Source within.
Our approach to Yoga seeks to take the practitioner beyond the physical asana or postures and to integrate the wisdom of Yogic philosophy into our everyday lives. Inspired by the teachings of Yoga, Bhakti, Tantra, Ayurveda, and wisdom cultivated across the world, we love sharing Yoga and we invite you to practice with us. Our heart-centered style of Yoga is designed to be accessible to all people – regardless of their cultural or spiritual background, physical capability, age, experience, or financial situation.
